The First National Computational Linguistics Seminar  was organized by Afghanistan country component of PAN Localization project in partnership with Ministry of Communications (MoC), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on 12^th August , 2006.

1^st Summer School on Asian Language Processing was organized by PAN Localization project, at FAST-NUCES Lahore, Pakistan, from 1^st June - 15^th August, 2006.
